Catherine Wagley is a journalist, critic, and editor based in Los Angeles. She contributes to the Los Angeles Times, ARTnews, The Art Newspaper, and Artnet News, among other publications. She has been an editor at Momus since 2020. She Wanted Adventure, her book on five female gallerists who supported experimental art in Los Angeles in the 1960s and 1970s, is forthcoming from FSG.
