The Dorothea and Leo Rabkin Foundation is located at 13 Brown Street, in the heart of the arts district in downtown Portland, Maine. We are near the Maine College of Art, the Portland Museum of Art, SPACE and other cultural institutions. Our headquarters is a destination gallery for those interested in the inventive, varied and unexpected artworks of the artist Leo Rabkin. Our office is also home to the Rabkin Library, a collection of books recommended by arts writers for arts writers. We hope our gallery and study center can be a gathering place for anyone interested in the practice of writing on art today.
